A GREAT SUCCESS!!!
First Annual La Costa 35 Athletic Club Charity Poker Tournament
Date: September 24, 2011
What an amazing event! LC35AC raised almost $10,000 to support our local kids. All proceeds went to benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of Carlsbad. Everyone had a terrific time whether they played in the tournament or just ponied up to the craps table, roulette or the blackjack tables. There was great food from some of our finest local restaurants, beer, wine and lots of wonderful prizes including private airplane flights, sports equipment, local hotel getaways and golf reservations at world class resorts. Thousands of dollars in prizes were handed out for both the poker tournament and raffle, so a whole bunch of folks did bring a great prize home. The Turkey Day Weekend Pick-up Games are coming our way!Come on out on November 27th for another great weekend of softball, football and LOTS OF FOOD!
